Also, a nine month old baby, Anthony, has been adopted. He has some physical needs related to his optic nerve which are being treated by every means due to the care of his adoptive parents. This care may not have been available had he not gone to a new family. He now has a brighter future!
Dreama S asks prayer for the pain her husband is suffering after hand surgery.
Elizabeth D has a friend, Karen, who has just been diagnosed with ALS. She is a believer, but this has to be a tough blow.
Judi C reports that another ministry has purchased shirts, socks and also Bibles for ALL the women in the Female Detention Center - there are at least 8 dorms that house 67 women. Praise the Lord!
Judy W requests prayer for her daughter's marriage.
Carol B's son-in-law's father is home from the hospital and is some better thanks to antibiotics.

Anna B has two friends, Ron and Gloria, with the same ailment. They have too much blood in their systems and are under care for the problem.
Lucille J's adoptive father, AB, has been put into hospice care. He is expected to live about four weeks. His wife is a believer, but he is not. Pray for his salvation and all of their comfort during this time.
Betsy A has a friend whose husband, Bill, has three aneurysms which need surgical repair. They cannot be fixed until an accompanying infection is cleared. They are understandably anxious.
Jane J asks us to pray for Brooks, her son, as he makes life decisions. Also, please pray for a young man who lives in their home to take ownership of decisions about his future. He is a strong Christian in the Salvation Army.
