Each week we list the prayer requests discussed at the end of our study. Sometimes we even receive praises. The first two below are wonderful praises for people we have been praying for. This is an example of answered prayer.
Matthew 21:22 And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”
******Barbara's daughter Michelle has received a promotion to General Manager at her job! Praise God also that her cancer scare turned out to be a cyst!
******Judy's brother, Mike, is recovering well from his knee replacement. Even though he is still walking with a crutch he is walking A MILE!!!
Psalm 107:28-30 Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed. Then they were glad that the waters were quiet, and he brought them to their desired haven
Judi's stepmom, Barbara, has become very confused. She is undergoing tests. Please pray for her and for Judi's dad as he struggles with this development.
Vivian's granddaughter, Rebecca, may have accepted a letter from her as it has not been returned to her. Please pray for that letter and the next one Vivian has already sent to break through to her. Also, remember to pray for her great-grandchildren in Texas.
Becky continues to have problems in her neck that are causing a lot of pain. She is seeing a chiropractor and needs prayer.
Darlene also needs prayer for physical needs. She is still recovering from hand surgery and encountering other problems. Lift her up!
Judi's friend Alan continues to need prayer for the pancreatic cancer he is fighting.
Judi is involved in a mentoring ministry within the jail ministry. There are big changes in the methodology coming that are uncomfortable for Judi. Please pray for the best decisions to be made for the ministry, for Judi to be clear about her future involvement - should she adjust her attitude or is it time to seek a new direction?
Pray for our world. There are so many needs and unknowns. Please pray for all those affected by the Paris terrorism, for the refugees, for the safety of the countries to which the refugees travel, and of course for the decisions our leaders are making. While we're at it, let's pray for the election!
