Linda celebrates praises for a great week with her sisters. They had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of it.
Kathy has praise for a full house, that all of our sisters have returned from trips and/or are feeling better.
Lucille praises Jesus that Erin is doing well and back in Philadelphia.
Judi has a praise. She has successfully submitted a grant proposal of $2,000 for her housing project for women released from jail. This grant has become available to her based on the amount of completed hours spent on her ministries. Please pray that it gets approved.
Judi praises GOD for the continued support on the housing project FREE. They are privileged to watch God "Open Doors" every step of the way.
Kathy lifts up praises for her husband, Bobby, who is doing well, is happy and thinks he is sleeping well and loves seeing his sister, Judi.
She also has praises for a Caregiver Kit that has been given to her from a neighbor. This will give her a connection to the Police Dept. if she ever needs it.
Kathy praises the Lord for Mike's successful brain surgery and asks for continued prayers for healing and acceptance by the family for the diagnosis of time left.
Kathy continues to praise the Lord for her sister, Tisa's recovery from surgery AND that she is planning a trip to visit in Florida toward the end of October before she goes back to work.
PRAYER REQUESTS
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)
Judi asks us to remember the following in our prayers each day;
- Jo as she continues to prepare for her trip to Africa with The Jesus Film
- The 'Esther House' and the 'Hope House'
- All incarcerated people, that they may be able to turn their lives around
- the countries of starving people, those without clean water and medical are and especially the children who are left orphans due to disease and war
- the persecuted church (we need to keep the documentary "Insanity of God" so close in our minds and pray for those in other countries who are being brutalized for their Christian faith.
- And Pastor Keith's family through their loss and this season of grief.
Jane asks for prayers for the Buchanan family due to the loss of their house in the fire.
Lorraine asks for prayers that will help her with her grandson, Joey.
