LOIS' brother, Danny, is out of rehab and walking very well.
Last year JUDI'S friend, Maria, had a colonoscopy in which they were able to remove what appeared to be the beginning of cancerous tissue. Her doctor scheduled another procedure within a year and yesterday in recovery she was told "nothing grew back from last year - come back in 3 years now." Praise the Lord!!!
JUDI is on the board of FREE (Faith ReEntry Enterprises) and they have exciting news. Three churches have expressed interest in helping them provide transitional housing! They have also learned of eight buildings in Wildwood that are abandoned and could possibly contain five apartments apiece! Wouldn't it be just like our God to bring these pieces together and make a beautiful thing! Please pray for God's best solution!
CAROL'S friend, Kathleen, is preparing for her second round of chemo. The first left her with depleted white cells. Pray it is easier this time.
ESTHER Has a neighbor and friend named Lorraine. She fell on the golf course and broke her leg. On the second day in the hospital she had a heart attack and they've also found an infection in her gallbladder. She needs surgery to repair her leg but these other problems make her a poor candidate. Please pray for her.
Many of the girls in our group are neighbors to Jim and Deb . Jim has been very very ill, in intensive care for over 30 days. On Saturday evening Jim passed away. Deb's sister, Sandy, had airline complications and missed a final goodbye by a few minutes. Deb is having a really hard time . Please pray for her as she deals with deep disbelief and grief. Please pray all the friends who are deeply affected by Jim's loss and who are providing Deb with love, comfort, compassion and assistance in making the final arrangements. Jim was a happy, strong, teasing personality in the neighborhood. It is a deep loss for everyone.
DARLENE was unable to join us tonight because of bad pain in her hands. She has, in addition to her chronic hand problem, carpal tunnel and the combination is really causing a lot of pain. Please pray for her comfort as her doctors come up with the best treatment plan to ease her suffering. We missed you Darlene.
JUDI has worked with a dear friend, Jan, in R.E.C. Jan has struggled with recurring cervical cancer for quite a while. All during her illness she has maintained her desire to volunteer in R.E.C. and as a clown bringing joy to children everywhere she went. Jan is now in hospice and has only a few days before she meets her Lord. She will be sadly missed all who knew and loved her - especially by her husband Gene and her partner in jail ministry, Charlotte H.
Judy Donohue learned that her sister has passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Please pray for Judy and Ralph and her sister's family.

Please continue to pray for the victims of the earthquake in Ecuador, the victims of the severe flooding in Texas and all those who are suffering around the world due to natural disasters and any kind of abuse or violence. Please pray for a peaceful world.
