PRAYER REQUESTS
- At the end of our session Bette received a traffic alert on her phone - there was an accident on Morse and 466 - please pray for all those who were involved.
- Please be in prayer for Linda K - her mammo last week indicated the need for an MRI which is scheduled in January. This is such a tough wait especially since Linda had breast cancer last year where she had surgery and radiation. Please send her prayers of comfort and to remove any anxiety she is facing. Ask the Great Physician to heal any issues before the MRI.
- Carol's friend, Kathleen, has been diagnosed with malignant breast cancer and is expecting surgery. Please be in prayer for her for calm, acceptance, healing and recovery. Please pray for the medical staff to be at the top of their game.
- Let's flood the heavens with prayers for Charlie, Lois' husband. We know how he suffers daily with migraines - he is currently under a new treatment that is not showing any signs of change. Charlie hasn't see his daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law in quite some time. He and Lois have the opportunity to see them in Port Canaveral and have a Christmas celebration on Thursday. Lord - please take away this chronic pain enabling them to travel to see their precious family - Holy Spirit we ask you to fill him with joy, love and laughter. Travel mercies for the road trip.
- Christmas is a joyous time of year for many. Christmas is also a sad and lonely time. Christmas also comes with family time. Family time sometimes has difficult moments. May our family time be filled with love and joy as we celebrate the birth of our Lord. Please help us to "guard our mouths" - help us to "let things slide" - provide us with patience.
- Christmas is also a time where many travel - please pray for travel mercies for any of us who are traveling as well as family and friends.
- Please pray for Jane's husband, Brooks. Brooks is dealing with some difficult personal feelings surrounding his employment. While he is happy to have a job he struggles with the value of the service he is providing to both the customers and his family. He will also be required to work on Christmas Eve which is the time of the family's celebration. Please help them make modifications to their traditions so Brooks doesn't miss out. Prayers for 2016 to bring a new full time job to Brooks in a field that will utilize his skills.
- Maryann asks for continued prayer for her son, Devon, and his family. They continue to struggle. Additionally, Devon is scheduled for rotator cuff surgery on January 27th. Prayers for comfort and healing.
- Continued prayers for precious 5 year old Reagan - we have not received an update since last week. May the Lord continue to wrap his loving arms around her and provide her with comfort and healing.
- Bette made unspoken requests for her 3 grown children - each has different needs - the Lord knows what these are - please pray for them to be fulfilled.
- There is no end to the news of suffering around the world. We lift up our prayers for them - whoever and wherever they may be.
